Welcome to your vacation home from Southern Dreams Realty! We're thrilled to have you as a guest at one of our properties. Planning a getaway should be exciting, not stressful. That's why we strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
We've compiled a list of common guest concerns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment you arrive. Whether you have questions about check-in procedures, local activities, or nearby amenities, this handy guide covers it all.
1How do I make a booking?
Booking is easy! You can book directly through our website. Find the property you are interested in and follow the booking instructions.
2What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other specified payment methods. Full payment is due 30 days before check-in.
3Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to request modifications to your reservation.
4What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A few days before your arrival, we'll email check-in instructions, including key pickup details or access codes.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 60 days before check-in. For cancellations between 30 and 59 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations are not refundable within 30 days before check-in.
7What does my rental include?
The rental includes all the amenities in the listing, such as Wi-Fi, kitchen supplies, linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Make sure to read the listing carefully to understand all amenities.
8Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of $500 may apply. If we find no damage, we will refund the deposit within seven days after check-out.
9Are pets allowed?
We love pets! However, they are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties and are subject to approval during booking. Additional pet fees may apply.
1Is smoking allowed?
Unfortunately, all our properties strictly prohibit smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available for some.
2Is there parking available?
Yes, parking information for each property can be found in the property listing and welcome pack.
3Can I have additional guests over?
Property listings specify the maximum guest capacity. Additional guests beyond this limit are only allowed with prior approval from Southern Dreams Property Management.
4What should I do if something is broken or not working?
Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues during your stay. Our maintenance team will address the problem as soon as possible.
5What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, dial 911. For property-related emergencies, contact our 24/7 support number in your welcome pack. Our team is here to assist you day or night.
6Do you provide housekeeping services during my stay?
Housekeeping services during your stay are available for an additional fee upon request. Your booking already includes a final cleaning fee.
7How do I dispose of trash during my stay?
The welcome pack includes detailed instructions for trash disposal and recycling.
8How close are the nearest shops and restaurants?
The welcome pack lists information about nearby shops and restaurants.
9What activities are available in the area?
To help you plan your itinerary, we offer a local guide to the lake, which includes information on local attractions, activities, and events. You can find this guide on our website and in the welcome pack at the property.
10Do you recommend travel insurance?
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. Travel insurance can provide protection and peace of mind for your trip.
